Please note that in order to simplify the buying process and to subsequently conclude the contract, the IP data of the connection owner is stored by the webshop operator in the form of cookies, as are the name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and other data provided by the invoice recipient.
In addition, personal data (name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient are stored for the purpose of processing the contract. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual steps. Without this information, we cannot conclude the contract with you. We do not pass your data on to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card details to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the amount of the purchase price, as well as to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, IT and newsletter system. In accordance with Art. 28 of the DSGVO, we have entered into an order processing agreement with these parties.
Upon cancellation of the buying process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
