As a traditional family business from Bressanone/Brixen, we started our property activities back in 1987. Based in the idyllic old town centre of Bressanone/Brixen, we are deeply rooted in the heart of South Tyrol in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano/Bozen and at IMMOBILPOINT we know how to combine the tried and tested with the new. As a passionate and enthusiastic team, we are always there for our customers and help them with customised advice. Professionalism and discretion are very important to us, because we know that trust has to be earned. Due to our corporate philosophy, it is particularly important to us that our customers can rely on us in all matters and that we always treat each other as equals.
Our daily tasks as estate agents include the marketing, sale and letting of all types of property in Lüsen, Brixen, Neustift, Schabs and the surrounding area. Our field of activity also includes consultancy services in German, Italian and English for all property issues, from contractual to legal and financial aspects. Our team at IMMOBILPOINT consists of a total of four employees. As a second-generation estate agent, Thomas Baumann relies on the support and experience of his three competent employees. Firstly, there is Paula Baumann in the advice centre, who is happy to receive all customer enquiries and knows a friendly answer to every question asked. Secondly, Margareth Ploner, an energetic member of staff in the back office, ensures that both direct customer contact in the foreground and the internal company processes in the background run smoothly at IMMOBILPOINT.
